Thanks SiKing but my problem is i cant use * to remove everything from tag <ns2:I>(12649064,U|289843,D|274039,A|73611,S|34,P|2,PL)(S,C|db214a9f7a45341da252f64-602a0d8f43650d4d,SSO|R_P,AC_TE)</ns2:I>
db214a9f7a45341da252f64-602a0d8f43650d4d this text is not important for me but rest of the value are very important for me to check in the assertion in the response. And i am using content assertion for this assertion and there are no. of tags in response. I am asserting my whole response i mean all the tags in the response so can i use regular expression in that also.
