The date fields were removed from the request in the interim (between the posting of the "raw" request and the posting of the screenshots.  What is showing "red", I'm ok with because I'm not using these fields.  What I'm concerned with is we are using almost 90% of the fields however the TestSuite coverage tool (and the export to HTML) shows no nodes covered.
