Thanks for reporting this, the issue turns out to be an regression bug (Table Logs was resetting on new load tests prior to version 2.5). I also investigated why it was not resetting and it turned out to be a very quick fix. The fix will be out in the next release of LoadUI.
If you don't want to wait for the next release for this i attached the fixed file for you to download. Put it in your "script-component" directory usually located at "C:\Program Files\SmartBear\LoadUI-Pro-2.5.4\script-components", and then overwrite the existing "TableLog.groovy"
Then all Table Logs should reset every time you start a new test!
