[Res] Support for Excel 2010 (xlsx) format as a Datasource

Support for Excel 2010 (xlsx) format as a Datasource would be very helpful. The 2003 (xls) format does not work if you have hundreds of columns, so you wind up having to convert to a CSV. Then you lose the ability to specify a starting position in the file.

    Hi Marcus,

    I have update to 5.0.0 however I am getting the below error message when attempting to use .xlsx file.

    "Loading .xlsx files as an Excel date source is not supported.
    Please make sure you have selected a valid xls file and try again"

    Any advice please?

    I only downloaded and installed yesterday before I added the post regarding my issue and I am using 5.0.0

    5.0.0 has not changed since it was released, we add the bug fixes to the maintenance builds on the link I provided in my previous post. Please download it, you should not have any issues having both versions installed on your machine.
