Reports - Properties Steps to publish with Properties form?

Is there a way to get the report to display the contents of Properties Steps in the area where test-level properties are displayed? I hardly ever use the default properties position, and most often attribute my own properties step. I'd like for that to be saved as part of the test record. How do I go about doing that? Thanks!
