Replace word not working

soapUI does not replace any word with empty string. I tried replace some portion of the word with empty (null) string however it did not work. It is as good as saying I wanted to remove some portion of the word from many occurrences. I tried this replacement in the groovy script on my project load script tab.

I used soapUI Pro 4.5 on Windows platform. Since I do not have access on Pro board, I am posting here. I hope it is valid for free version as well.
