[Registered] REST Project - Cloning Services

I'm building some tests for a REST API project and have already stumbled across wanting to clone services in order to avoid having to re-configure every single call with headers, properties, etc. I came across this post and thought I'd see if this was still something on the radar for inclusion into the application.
