Refactoring of WSDLS

I have a question about refactoring of WSDLS, and found the following information. However, there are parts of the instructions that I do not understand. Specifically the portion in red.

How/where is this "interface popup menu" displayed?


Getting Started with WSDL Refactoring
When you have a situation where the WSDL has updated, select the "Refactor Interface" option from the Interface Popup menu, which will open the following dialog:

    Hi,

    I'm afraid that information is a bit outdated. If you right click your service in SoapUI, you can select "Refactor Definition", which will open your desired dialog.
