Receiving invalid user id and password

Hello

After upgrading last week to 3.47.00 I am now getting an error indicating the user id and/or password is not valid. A co-worker using a different application is able to connect to my database using the user ids and passwords I am using.

Any help will be appreciated

    Is it that the error started happening after the upgrade of ReadyAPI and used to work with previous version of the tool?

      yes and other workmates are able to run a request using the same test users and ids and I am, however they are using a different application.

    If the previous version is working, then you may probably raise a ticket with customer case and mean while use the previous version which is working.

    Good to know that you could proceed with earlier version.

    You might still want to report the issue on latest version of the tool.

     

    By the way, understand that the tool might prompt for upgrade whenever there is one, but only opt to upgrade if there are compelling reasons to avoid unwanted issues like this. You may want to check the release notes / change log of the latest release prior to upgrade.
