ReadyAPI not opening.

Using ready api 1.5, clicking start from shortcut, opens a screen, but application is not opening.

Thanks for you reply! I don't have this folder

readyapi_home/bin

What I have is C:\Program Files\SmartBear\ReadyAPI-1.5.0-m-SNAPSHOT\bin

after going to the above folder and using the below command did not work

run ready-api.bat/.sh

"run is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file"

is the error message I received

That was an instruction, not a command.
just type :
ready-api.bat

sorry for misunderstanding. Here is the error message which I am getting

Error occurred during initialization of VM.
could not find agent library jvmhook;

The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect

  Have you changed any files such as ready-api.bat or .jvmoptions etc?

    yes, I changed xmx size from 1000 to 200 in bat file

  Do you have Unified functional testing tool on your machine?
