ReadyAPI 3.60.0 returing errors for postgres JDBC steps

I was using ReadyAPI 3.56.0 (and earlier versions) without issue with PostgreSQL database. 

Since upgrading to 3.60.0 all JDBC steps using postgres driver are failing with "Error getting response; null"

I have tried downloading the latest postgres jdbc driver and putting in ext dir, but it has made no difference. 

I checked ReadyAPI.vmoptions and it is pointing to the correct ext dir where the driver is.

I haven't had this issue on earlier versions of ReadyAPI, is there a bug?

    I uninstalled 3.60.0 and re-installed 3.56.0 and hey presto, it works again. DO NOT install 3.60.0 if you work with PostgreSQL database!
