ReadyAPI 2.4.0 is very SLOW when doing SOAP tasks with Attachments

My test suite ran fine with 2.3.0 but after upgrading, ANY SOAP task that has a file attachment is now run ridiculously slowly, if it even works at all:(

Is this a known issue? Will there be a fix? I also noticed problems with it loading the WSDL (I think because there was a space in the file name...).
