ReadyAPI! 1.4.1 Crashing

Hi,

 

I just upgraded to 1.4.1 and the app is crashing.  It seems to startup fine and I can see my projects, but if I step away from the app (say to write this post), the app vanishes.

 

Are there any log files I should look for to start troubleshooting?

    This is resolved for me.  I found the download and reinstalled 1.4.1.exe.   It looks like the installer didn't upgrade correctly from 1.4.0 to 1.4.1.
