(ReadyAPI 1.3.1 - Restful webservices testing) How to verify email and contents ?

We have a test scenario where we need to verify that a particular method is sending an email. As a part of the test we need to validate that the email is received and verify its contents.

We are currently using Ready API 1.3.1.
