ready-api-maven-plugin has a SNAPSHOT dependency

The ready-api-maven-plugin (v2.3.0) has a SNAPSHOT dependency (swagger4j). Could you please change this into a released dependency? Our company's policies don't allow using SNAPSHOT releases.

The snapshot dependency for swagger4j will be fixed in the next release of ReadyAPI.
