As far as I see, Mike has replied to you in the case and asked you to check some "Rate Limiting" settings. Did you get his reply?

    Sure I have got it ..  Could you please give me the answear? What about my Case? I have been provided my project for your support. Should I repeat why I don't think it is about limitimg?
