Hi sorry for the delay - but I've hoped this would be fixed in the meantime.
To recap - I can create one assertion and then the menu goes away. If I wait awhile sometimes it comes back.

Thanks for your reply and the video. We’ve improved our Ready! API since August. May I ask you to try using the latest product version (v. 1.5) to check if the issue still persists?
