Reactivating a License onto a different PC

I activated a license onto PC-A, then deactivated it from PC-A. I then attempted to activate the same license onto PC-B, but the license would not activate onto PC-B. How can I resolve this issue?

When asked to activate the license, please choose "activate offline." Click on the "copy button" on the right hand side and then click on the email address. This should open up your default email client. Remove any signatures that you have, right click and click on copy. Send the email and you should receive the activation key within 5 min. When you receive the activation key, go back to SoapUI click on next and browse for this new activation key. Then you should get the terms of agreement.
