Have you checked the logs when it happens? Possibly there might be some exception / error which may give some pointers.
Do you notice any pattern / certain project / certain environment etc? And how consistently is it reproducible?

Yes. I have looked at the logs and did not see any exceptions. In fact I take the exact request details when failed and run them in postman where the request succeeds with 201 response code. I can reproduce it on different machines and I am working on only one project. I have not seen any pattern. Its very sporadic.
Unfortunately that sounds like it might be an environmental issue? I see the same behavior sometimes with load balanced servers if one goes down.
- That's a good point that it could be a load balanced server issues. I have passed on this info to my team and see what they can find out. At this point I still can't conclude if its a environment issue, but will find out. Thanks for the help. Really do appreciate it
