Any plans to use the newly published RAML spec for REST (RAML.org)? Rest API markup language. It's a lot more complete than WADL for defining REST API's. Looks like WADL will become outdated and soapu...

native support in SoapUI depends on future for RAML.
However, a plugin has been created that can be used to import RAML-files into SoapUI.
It can be found on Sourceforge. Search for SoapUI, plugin.
