Questions regarding licenses - Soap and Load

* May the program only/not be used on specific platforms/devices. In that case, what are these platforms/devices?

* Is there a license option where the retention of use rights doesn't demand a recurring payment?
If you know anything about the specific terms for Soap/Load or EUPL 1.1, your help would be highly valuable.

Thank you for your reply, it is greatly appreciated. However, I've found out that I also need to know if there are any geographical limitations to the use rights. Many vendors have restrictions for citizens, residents etc of some specific countries. Does this apply for Soap/Load UI Pro as well?
