Property transfer step bug

When I move one of "Property transfer" step "Transfers" to different place using ^ buttons and save the project - the new transfer place is not saved.

It works when you move it and execute the step, but if you save and close project, then reopen it, then all the changes are gone. Could you please fix this as it is very much required.
