Properties and/or DataGen "steps" outside TestCases

I currently keep a lot of information in external scripts so it can be accessed by many testcases. I think it would be useful to provide Properties and DataGen objects at the testsuite or project level to provide similar functionality within soapUI.

DataGen objects would have to be 'READ' mode and 'Shared' only of course.
