project teardown script ?

Hello,
I am working on creating a test results database and would like that after a project finishes, I dump all the results to a database.

I notice that there is no 'project tear down script' where I can code this functionality.

I dont wan't to do this via testcase or testsuite teardown as they are prone to user error (engineers might forget to include the teardown script).

Any suggestion on how this can be achieved.
