Problems Running Soap-UI on Windows 7 64bit OS

I tried 4.5.1 last week and it installed fine but at run-time it gave me similar errors... (

"The JVM found at {0} is damaged. Please reinstall or define EXE4J_JAVA_HOME to point to an installed 32-bit JDK or JRE."
and then: "The JVM could not be started. The Maximum heap size (-Xmx) might be too large or an antivirus or firewall tool could block the execution."

Any suggestions would be helpful... until then it is back to using 4.01
