Problem with offline licencing via email

Hello, we have issues that prevent us from using our licences. We received no response when sending request to 'license-activation@smartbear.com'. What is the correct way to point to such a problem...

For licensing questions please log a case,

The customercare@smartbear.com sends the response to unmonitored queue. If you have SoapUI Pro specific log a case here,
