Problem renewing soap ui license

I am facing problems renewing soap ui license.. when i click on renew link from the eviware page it takes me to the renewal of  it where in we have to enter username and password.. though i am an old customer it dosent take me to the next page unless i enter a new customer info. so i am not sure how to renew my license caz its not asking me for my license information. but when i fill new customer info. then it takes me to the credit card payment info. please help me in doing this at the earliest
