Problem in applying License

We have got two license for soapUI Pro.
We have installed soapUI Pro 5.0.0 and applied the Licenses
One license worked fine.

The second license while applying showing an error as "Unable to activate License"
What can be the possible reason of this error? How can I ensure this license is not applied in any other machines by somebody else ( may be by the support teams for their testing)

    Can we have two version of soapUI in the same machine? We have installed soapUI Free version 4.5.1 and soapUI Pro 5.0.0 in the same machine. Will it create any conflict?

    I am also facing the same problem.

    I have 2 versions of soapUI Pro 4.5.1 and 5.0.0 in my machine.
    I downloaded trial license, Soapui Pro 5.0.0 is taking that licence but soapUI 4.5.1 is giving "Invalid License" Error.

    More over i am not able to access external GroovyScript file in SoapUI 5.0.0 because of this all things I am not able to explore soapui pro features:(

    What is the solution?
    I am stuck:(
