The problem still exist.
Additional Info:
The Tests are now started via Commandline with the following parameters:
cmd.exe /C testrunner.bat -h"%IPAddress%" -u"%User%" -p"%Pw%" -f%ReportPath% -R"Test Report" -FPDF -a
