Paid for license Renewal, but received no email with license key attachment
I;ve just renewed my ReadyAPI! license, but I haven't received a subsequent email with the license key attachment - (so my ReadyAPI! shuts down immediately!)
Has anyone had this before?
I would raise a tech support ticket - but you need to provide your license identifier to do this and I haven't got one!
I've emailed smartbear sales - but received no response as yet......
Has anyone any further suggestions to get this sorted?
