Hi,
You should share projects not the workspace. Workspace only contains locations of included projects (check it's content after both of you save it) - so when you open the workspace again particular project files are probably not accessible for you.
You might also want to check http://www.soapui.org/userguide/project ... jects.html on sharing projects among multiple users.
