Oauth2.0 - How do I get passed the issue trying to access IDP for Oauth Implicit grant page

I have configured Oauth 2.0 to use implicit grant flow

I keep getting this error trying to get access token for the set IDP (google)

I believe I have configured internal browser parameters correctly.

How do I get passed this error ?

Unfortunately, we can't open this page!

Also tried using OpenID for google IDP. Same issue
