Adding to what @Tanya shared, if you would like to just maintain centralized endpoint without Auth profiles, please see this post - http://community.smartbear.com/t5/SoapUI-Open-Source/Environment-handling/m-p/107824#M18608

 

This does not make use of Environment manager, but using a project level property you could maintain endpoints. Also, if I found a better solution tom manage using Environment manager, will share in this thread!
