Not able to load projects

Question

Hi,I was using SoapUI 3.0 till now. Have recently got SoapUI 4.0 but I am not able to load all my previous projects in the bew version. around 30-40% of them are not loaded. Any idea what could it be? Thanks in AdvanceAashima
