Not able to generate PDF Report via command prompt in Pro

I still have not found a solution to this problem. I feel it may stem from my use of RedHat Enterprise 5.6. The fact that I am able to generate a report from the gui interface is weird to me though. When I save the report generated from the gui to PDF form, the generated PDF only contains a header and the rest is blank.
