Not able to create PDF or HTML reports using loadtestrunner

I am trying to run Loadtest using soapui-pro (4.6.4) loadtestrunner on command-line. But there is no PDF or HTML report generated in the target folder even if I put the right parameters for reporting ...

I'm not sure if this belongs in this thread or if I should create a new one. I am unable to create a PDF or HTML report using SoapUI 4.6.4 Pro. The scripts are executed from QuickBuild / Jenkins (maven). Everything works fine and it will generate the JUnit report with no problem. I have a custom Jasper report that needs to be created instead.

I've tried this through the UI as well using "Launch TestRunner" but still no luck. Only the .txt files are created. The only time I could get it to work is with every selection on the Report tab checked and using the canned "TestCase Report". The custom report does not work.
