No test step metrics in report when test run from command line

Good morning,

When I run a certain load test within the UI, test step metrics are included by default in the report in the UI.

When I run the same test from the command line, only the top level summary is included ... no test step metrics.

I'm not sure what the difference is. Can someone explain?
