No internet connection²

Hello after installing LoadUI and starting up the application,

LoadUI is starting up after few minutes
And then I have the message:

Hi it appears that you're currently offline,

But my computer is connected with the internet and I've got internet connection.

What is the cause, how can I loadUI connect with the internet.

Please provide me two ways (with or without proxy server) if possible.
