No controls on 'Request' UI after start-up on Mac 10.8
I'm testing a clean install of the community soapUI installed from
"soapUI-4_5_0-Beta1.dmg"
After the UI loads, there is a web page window, with no chrome or way to close it.
If I create a new project with example requests and open the example request, I can see their windows, and interact with them but I don't have any chrome or controls for the window.

Here are some details from my environment:
uname -a
Darwin zend.local 10.8.0 Darwin Kernel Version 10.8.0: Tue Jun 7 16:32:41 PDT 2011; root:xnu-1504.15.3~1/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64
javac -version
javac 1.6.0_29
java -version
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.4-b02-402, mixed mode)
Other java applications I use like eclipse and razorSQL do not have this issue.
