Newbie Question

*Disclamer* --> This may or may not be a silly question, but please, humor me a little.

I am completely new to load testing and LoadUI, and I'm coding a Groovy Script that sends an HTTP Post request to a server. My question is: what exactly ARE the requests that LoadUI is sending? I'm really not sure what to code as the parameters for my request because I have no idea what it is that LoadUI is actually sending. Can anyone help?
