New With Load Testing

Hi Friends,

I am new in load testing and today i have download LoadUI testing tool for performance and load testing please give me required information how can i start with this tool.

In my company we are using .net web application.
Can i test load and performance with this tools.

if anybody have video tutorial or link of related tool please send me
