Using Soap UI 5.4.0 - we link our test cases to requirements etc. The simple question is; Can I pull a traceability report to validate what test cases are mapped to what reqirements.

There is no traceability report in ReadyAPI (SoapUI Pro). You can see the available reports here: https://support.smartbear.com/readyapi/docs/testing/reports/getting-started.html
