New to SoapUI, Urgent Help

Hi,
i am very new to SoapUI. I want to Do a load testing using SoapUI. I have a wsdl file where the Sim no will be my Request Parameter which is unique also. I want to run this load test for 100 times. Where the Sim no should be created everytime uniquely. How to do this?

please help me ASAP
