Need help on outh2 automation

We are having a scenario in such a way that we need to get an access token via authorization code grant of Outh2.We are having a almost 25 rest service for which this authorization has to happen .we would like to know whether the above mentioned scenario can be automated and can be run through test runner at any time.can anyone help on this??
