My http post method fails with 400 bad request when sending large payload request.How do I fix this? I am using SoapUI Pro 5.1.2

Do you mean to say that it works for small payload and the issue specific to large data only? If so, then you should contact the service provider to know more about the issue. Apart from it, you may also look the application logs to see what is going on.
