Move TestSuite, TestCase or TestStep

Question

Moving a TestSuite, TestCase or TestStep up or down with keyboard Ctrl+Up or Ctrl+Down crashes SOAPUI.

This problem exists in both Pro and Community editions!

(I have a Pro License how do I get to post in the Pro Section?)
