Hi Robert,
for soapUI 4.0.1 I got the error. I simply installed it to the wrong folder (C:\Programs instead of C:\Programs (x86)).
After reinstalling the mocks were generated as expected.
But still no mock generation with soapUI 3.6.1.
Anyway I now can use 4.0.1.
