Hi Robert,
introducing a new soapUI version is quite difficult in our organisation and means a lot of effort (evaluation, testing, informing all users, and so on).
So I hoped ther would be an easy way to fix this problem (e.g. changing some OS or soapUI settings).
Anyway, I now tried soapUI 4.0.1 but it only creates the WEB-INF folder (as 3.6.1 does). Additionaly it creates 77 jar-files into the lib folder.
But no war-file and no complete mock-service. (As I told before, the progress bar is still moving and moving. But after 10 to 20 minutes, there were still no more files.
Finaly I tried the Snapshot 4.0.2 and now it worked. It tooked a bit longer than it used to take with 3.6.1 on Windows XP. But finaly it created all the necessary files.
Do you know any reason for this? Did the "DeployAsWar" feature not work on Win7 before? Or is there maybe a workaround to solve this problem with older soapUI versions (I would really appreciate this)?
As I told above, introducing a new soapUI version is hard to do here. Therefore in this case I wouldn't like to use a nightly build.
Can you tell me, when the 4.0.2 version will be released finaly?
Do you have any kind of roadmap for upcoming version in the next year(s)?
Best regards
Nico
