I guess you are using MockAsWar feature. There were some issues with it and we are solving them as soon as they are reported.
Since 3.6.1 is quite old I urge you to upgrade to 4.0.1 at least. The best solution would be to upgrade to nightly build. Look for
it in download section on www.soapui.org.
