Missing Operation [operation name] in WSDL defnition

you should have your wsdl in your project you can see it here: http://www.image-share.com/ipng-991-95.html . if not click on your project and add WSDL. if you have this wsdl click on it and choose F5 to update it but I am not 100 % sure that this helps you.

and then also in your request you should have this operation. click on your request to change operation and in INTERFACE you should have OC_userEntitlementServiceSoapHttp and in operation you should have getEntitlementCalssesForUser.
